Amazing pizza and excellent service. Staff is always cheerful, welcoming and polite. It's rare these days to have all that in staff - most of the time you feel like you're an imposition and you're lucky to get a smile. The pizza is so good - whether you dine in or takeout - fresh, hot and delicious. Also, they answer the phone when you call. One of the other local pizza places doesn't bother answering their phone. Kudos to Blue Ridge Pizza and thank you so much!

This local favorite is now mine too. Our server Kristen was so nice and sweet. Attentive and fast, she made our meal more enjoyable. We ordered two pizzas to try both and they didn't disappoint. The double pig with bacon and Canadian bacon chefs kiss. I like the sports bar area in the back but that they have family areas in the front two rooms. Pleasantly surprised when the Kristen brought out a birthday brownie. We honestly weren't expecting anything but gesture was nice.

What a chill spot! This was recommended by ChatGPT and we really enjoyed ourselves! The staff was friendly and it was cool they had three separate dining area for whatever mood or vibe you wanted. From family oriented to sports bar, it's great to have options. I had the Fat Gary and my gf had the double pig with fruit, mine was good, hers was better. The fat Gary had too much going on to really enjoy it. The double pig had just the right amount of meat to sweetness. Overall a pretty chill place, would come back if I'm ever back over here. Edited to add, today is my birthday and after hearing that, our server Kristen proceeded to bring me a dessert! Amazing service, great place.

We've ordered a few of their non-pizza items and have been super surprised with the flavor and quality! The baked spaghetti, greek salad dressing on either greek or house salad, french onion soup, chicken and rice soup, their garlic bread/ rolls -- all so good! We always do take out and never regret it.

Food was good. Staff was attentive, courteous and efficient. Seemed like a locals place. Could use a facelift but was clean and comfortable.

Returned to Blue Ridge for pizza 1/24/24 and pizza was great. Crip crust., plenty of filling and a perfect amount of time in the oven. Ambiance is basic pizza place with a friendly and prompt staff. Give it a stop. They do takeout too.

Tried them for the first time on Sunday 21 Jan 2024 about 4 pm; and got a take-out large 'Fat Gary'(?) pizza. And it was good! No leftovers. Plenty of toppings, very little grease, and very filling. Constructive comment for the staff on duty that day; please pay attention to your to go orders when you have customers waiting in the lobby. The girl who took my money went on break and forgot to tell the girl who took over for her. The relief cashier had been there about five minutes until she asked me what I was waiting for; and my pizza had been there the whole time. Also, their Facebook and or website seem to not have been serviced since 2021. Will I go back? Yes.

Blue Ridge Pizza Co

Blue Ridge Pizza Co in Etowah, NC isn't just another stop on Brevard Road—it’s the kind of place that makes your pizza cravings feel understood. Tucked into 6336 Brevard Rd, this cozy spot has quickly become a local favorite, and for good reason.

Find comfort food and community at Blue Ridge Pizza Co

If you've been searching for a neighborhood pizzeria that knows how to treat its regulars right, Blue Ridge Pizza Co might just be your next go-to. This isn’t a chain with copy-paste service. Here, the staff knows your name if you've been more than once, and if you haven’t yet—don’t worry, they’ll remember you next time.

The restaurant keeps things straightforward but flavorful, with a menu that centers on what they do best: stone-fired pizzas with chewy crusts and bold toppings. You’ll find classics like pepperoni and Margherita, but also inventive options like their pesto chicken or fig and prosciutto. And if you’re feeling adventurous, the weekly specials are where the chefs have a little fun and stretch their creativity.

As someone who’s been burned by soggy crusts and overloaded cheese elsewhere, I was pleasantly surprised by the balance Blue Ridge Pizza Co brings to each slice. You can tell that the dough is crafted in-house and fermented just enough to bring out that perfect texture. They don’t skimp on ingredients either—fresh mozzarella, house-made sauces, and local produce when available.

A full menu experience, more than just pizza

It would be a mistake to think this place is only about pizza. Blue Ridge Pizza Co also serves hearty salads, garlic knots that could double as comfort therapy, and sandwiches that’ll make you pause between bites just to appreciate the flavor. The meatball sub is a fan favorite, packed with slow-simmered sauce and melt-in-your-mouth beef.

The drinks menu includes both local craft beers and a tight selection of wines, which makes it a great place to bring friends for a low-key evening out. The vibe is casual, with warm lighting, rustic wood tables, and just enough buzz in the background to feel alive without being loud.

For dessert, the cannoli is worth the indulgence—crispy shell, creamy filling, lightly sweet, and never cloying. That’s a hard balance to hit. And don’t skip the rotating dessert specials either; they’re often baked in-house and vanish quickly.

A location that brings people together

Located in Etowah, North Carolina, just off Brevard Road, the restaurant is nestled in a peaceful stretch of town that’s easily accessible but feels like a little hidden gem. Whether you’re driving in from Hendersonville or passing through after a hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway, this is a spot where you’ll want to sit down, eat well, and linger just a bit longer.

What really seals the deal is how family-friendly and inclusive the atmosphere is. There’s usually a mix of folks—from locals catching up after work to families with kids who can’t wait to get their hands on a slice. You’ll sometimes even spot cyclists refueling after a long ride through the mountains.

They’ve got indoor seating and a small patio area for when the weather’s nice, making it flexible for all kinds of visits. Whether you want a solo bite or a group dinner, it’s easy to feel at home here.

Real reviews, real experiences

Ask around or scroll through review platforms and you’ll see one thing in common: people return. Regulars speak highly of the consistently good food and welcoming staff. A Google review from a customer reads, “The crust is always perfect, the toppings are fresh, and the team treats you like family.” Others mention the fast service, fair prices, and cozy interior—everything you want when you’re looking for your next go-to pizza joint.

It’s clear that Blue Ridge Pizza Co has found a way to combine quality with charm. They’re not trying to be flashy—they’re just focused on doing pizza right, and it shows in every slice.

If you’re the kind of diner who values food made with care, a menu that respects simplicity, and a location that feels like a gathering place, this spot should be on your list. Pull up a chair, take that first bite, and you'll understand why so many folks in Etowah keep coming back for more.
